These Terms of Service govern your use of the Warmtone app. By creating an account or using Warmtone, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
Using Warmtone means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Your account
- One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Warmtone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
3. Content ownership
You own the photos and content you post. By posting to Warmtone, you grant Warmtone a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your content within the app to you and the people who follow you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell or license it to third parties.
4. Prohibited content
You agree not to post or transmit content that:
- Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
- Harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users
- Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive content
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. We are not obligated to review all content posted to the service.
6. Disclaimers
Warmtone is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee of uptime, data retention, or continued availability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warmtone is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here with a new revision date. Your continued use of Warmtone after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
